I have been achieving extraordinary goals in record-breaking time. I have been Awarded the Top Producing Agent at Winchester Real Estate Group in 2007, 2008, 2009, 2010. I am a Top of the Line licensed full service Real Estate Professional with a focus on Real Estate Sales, Loans, Property Leasing, Property Management, and Investments.
I am Vice President of Winchester Real Estate Group and helped put together a professional group of individuals to make our company one of the best. I have set up impressive systems and controls. I revamped our Residential Purchase Agreement, Residential Lease Agreement, Property Management Agreement and Tenant Placement Agreements.
I am a former Marine with a can do attitude. "One Stop Shop" is my Real Estate Motto; go to me for all your Real Estate needs and wants. I joined Winchester Real Estate Group 5 Years ago after 9 plus years as a United States Marine. I was battle tested in Iraq and now battle tested in providing excellent Real Estate Services. I am a professionally trained salesman and experienced in overcoming any type of objection or situations.
